Sponsor Organization Name:
San Gabriel Valley Pride

Our LGBTQ Pride celebration is unlike the larger urban Pride events: our's is more intimate, more about "home and  hearth," and FREE to the public.

The event begins with an Interfaith service that will include a Blessing of the Animals (cats and dogs only).  The event continues with a Classic Car Show, an Authors' tent, a STEM area, a Health & Wellness area, a GSA fundraising gaymes area, the Portraits of Prde exhibit of LGBTQ athletes who have  competed in the Oiympics, Fearless exhibit of LGBTQ athletes who came Out while in school, an adult's Laura Aguilar exhibit, a family area with DIY activities, 50 exhibitors and local entertainment.  Raising money for SGVP, Inc. will be a Twohey's Food Truck, 3 Sisters Catering Ice Cream and a Foothill Restaurant beer and spirits garden all with delicious items to purchase.

The Big Draw LA experience, in the Keith Haring Family Art area, will once again allow all, regardless of age, to create and add a road tile to our Road to Equality showing "What Pride Means to Me."  This experience is free and all materials are provided.  There will also be readings of "Lucia the Luchadora" and "Keith Haring, the Boy Who Just Kept Drawing" both followed by DIY activities for kids.
